This workshop provides a unique opportunity for prospective women faculty to learn from faculty leaders across all science and engineering disciplines. The informal format allows participants and faculty to interact, relax, build relationships, and learn from each other. In addition to learning invaluable skills and perspectives, workshop participants receive feedback about their technical presentation and have individual meetings with department chairs and senior faculty at Rice.
